Q CITY

About the Book

Q City is more than just a novelette — it’s the launchpad of a bold new experiment in thought, language, and imagination.

Set in the Middle East, this visually rich story explores the intersection of storytelling and political theory, introducing a brand-new framework for political science. But what makes Q City truly distinctive is its origin: it was written to breathe life into an invented language and a new Philosophy — one that seeks to stand alongside, and challenge, the great traditions of thought, from ancient schools like Stoicism and Epicureanism to modern ones like Nihilism and Existentialism.

What began as a new political theory has since deepened into something more intimate — a literary allegory inspired by the Zoroastrian, and specifically Parsi, experience.

Now, Q City is not just a philosophical parable. It also offers in its introduction a quiet homage  to one of the world’s oldest and most remarkable communities — one that now numbers fewer than 60,000 worldwide. Think Le Petit Prince, but shaped by memory, resilience, and the echoes of a vanishing heritage.

Like Tolkien, who created Elvish as more than a tongue — as a vessel for myth and worldview — this book imagines a language and a people who live by it. But where Tolkien stopped at mythology, Q City goes further: it proposes a new Philosophy rooted in cultural memory and lived experience.

Because what is a language without people to speak it? What is a worldview without a community to live it?

This isn’t a dry academic exercise. The theory is embedded in a world you can feel, a narrative you’ll want to return to, and ideas that might shift how you see your own society. It’s short in length, but expansive in vision.

You’re invited to read the first thirty pages here. If it resonates, please share it — and let the ideas find new homes.

This is just the beginning. The book is still on its journey — finding readers, allies, translators, and champions. Whether that means connecting with curious minds, agents, publishers, or co-dreamers, I’m letting the story find its own path — much like Q City itself.
