La Gxoia Filozofio, a project to develop a new Philosophy
~
La Gxoia Filozofio is a rival Philosophy to Stoicism, Epicureanism, Scholasticism and other Philosophies

Bangalore, India and Bay Area, California
In my exploration of philosophy and well-being, I developed La Gxoia Filozofio, a ground-breaking new Philosophy and a new framework designed to help individuals cultivate joy and resilience in their lives. This Philosophy integrates insights from behavioral science, cultural traditions, and practical wisdom to create a structured approach to happiness. Unlike many traditional philosophies that focus on enduring suffering or achieving external success, La Gxoia Filozofio places emphasis on proactive joy-building as a lifelong practice, rivaling the work of philosophers all the way from Socrates, Plato and Aristotle to Jean-Paul Sartre and Albert Camus.
The development of this philosophy involved extensive research across multiple disciplines, including psychology, history, and economics. By analyzing patterns of happiness across cultures and historical periods, I sought to create a Philosophy that is both universally relevant and personally adaptable. It is also based in science, which is not true of the other philosophies. The goal is to provide individuals with practical tools for enhancing their daily experiences and fostering a mindset of fulfillment.
Recognizing the urgent need for conversations around mental well-being, La Gxoia Filozofio has also been developed with a view towards application to real-world challenges, such as addressing stress and burnout in professional settings and tackling student mental health concerns in India. The framework has already sparked discussions with scholars and professionals from various backgrounds, including Prof. Vijay Govindarajan, Prof. G. Giridhar, and others, contributing to an evolving dialogue on how philosophy can serve as a guide for a more joyful life.
As part of this initiative, I have engaged with thought leaders and researchers to refine the core principles of La Gxoia Filozofio. I look forward to further developing and sharing this work, exploring new ways in which structured philosophical thinking can contribute to human happiness and well-being.

New Theory of Political Science Project
Bangalore, India and the San Francisco Bay Area, California
Developed the La Oscilado-Teorio, a groundbreaking new Theory of Political Science that provides a fresh and realistic perspective on world politics.
Developed a groundbreaking Theory of Political Science that provides a fresh and realistic perspective on the dynamics of history and world politics. Drawing inspiration from influential thinkers such as Samuel Huntington and Francis Fukuyama, I have crafted a theory that challenges and rivals the prevailing "Clash of Civilizations" concept put forth by Huntington, offering a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding of global affairs.
This individual endeavor involved extensive research, analysis, and critical thinking to develop a theory that captures the complex realities of world politics. The Theory of Political Science proposes innovative frameworks and analytical tools that shed light on the intricate interplay between nations, cultures, and ideologies, providing deeper insights into the drivers of historical events and political developments.
Recognizing the need for a more comprehensive approach, the Theory of Political Science takes into account a wide range of factors, including historical context, socioeconomic dynamics, power relations, and cultural influences. By examining the intricate web of interactions among these elements, the theory offers a more accurate portrayal of the forces shaping global politics.
In recognition of its significance, the Theory of Political Science was published in Namaste Bharat magazine, contributing to the ongoing discourse on political science and garnering attention from scholars and practitioners in the field. This publication serves as a testament to the intellectual rigor and innovative thinking employed in developing this new theory.
By challenging existing paradigms and presenting a compelling alternative, the Theory of Political Science provides a valuable framework for understanding the complexities of our world. It opens avenues for further research, analysis, and debate, ultimately enriching the field of political science and contributing to a more nuanced understanding of historical events and global politics.
I was honored and privileged to discuss this theory with leading thinkers such asTyler Cowen, and was also invited to work as a Columnist for Namaste Bharat magazine, partly in recognition of this work.

Theory of the Firm Project
Bangalore (India), California, Massachusetts & Texas (United States)
Developed MANIX Theory, a groundbreaking new Theory of the Firm that redefines the fundamental purpose of businesses and economic institutions.
Challenging traditional economic theories, MANIX Theory asserts that firms do not merely exist to reduce transaction costs or optimize resource allocation, as Coase and Williamson suggest. Instead, firms serve a deeper, more consequential role: facilitating the inevitable Rise of Machines. Inspired by Plato’s Theory of Forms, this theory posits that human labor is an imperfect and transient phase in history, with firms acting as the mechanisms that refine human tasks until they are replaced by superior machine-driven alternatives.
This work represents a paradigm shift in the understanding of firms. While conventional economic thought frames firms as entities that minimize inefficiencies, MANIX Theory exposes their true function—engineering the obsolescence of human labor. As artificial intelligence (AI) and automation advance, firms are not just optimizing production but systematically eliminating the need for human involvement, leading to a future where intelligent machines dominate economic activity.
Developing this theory required extensive research, interdisciplinary analysis, and engagement with leading academic thinkers. I have been privileged to discuss MANIX Theory with renowned scholars such as Vijay Govindarajan, Prof. G. Giridhar, and others, engaging in high-level discourse on its implications for business strategy, technological evolution, and the future of labor.

Developing a new language (akin to Esperanto)
Bangalore, India
Led the development of a novel language aimed at facilitating easy learning for individuals. This language, named Esparantananda and/or Hesperanto, is designed as a natural language akin to English, Hindi, or Spanish, rather than a computer language.
Drawing inspiration from linguistic pioneers like Zamenhof, the focus of this endeavor was to create a language with minimal exceptions and few rules, ensuring a straightforward learning experience. Notably, those familiar with Esperanto may appreciate the intuitive nature of Esparantananda even more. The language's simplicity makes it particularly relevant for physicians seeking effective communication with medical professionals and paramedics when they are deployed to disaster zones.
Furthermore, a thought-provoking aspect arises when considering the selection of languages for children's education. While languages such as Sanskrit, Tamil, Faarsi, Urdu, and others from India and other parts of Asia possess rich historical significance (notable figures like Akbar and Aurangzeb spoke Faarsi or Persian), it raises the question of whether there might exist a more optimal language for children's learning. Exploring the potential of alternative languages becomes imperative if we are to make a lasting impact on India's long-term GDP growth and create equitable growth.
Through this language development initiative, we aimed to address these linguistic challenges and pave the way for enhanced learning experiences and socio-economic benefits.
