I have a new paper with three new answers to the Fermi Paradox. The Fermi Paradox refers to a question originally posed by the physicist Enrico Fermi.
As Cosmos Magazine puts it, it occurred to Enrico Fermi at lunch one day to bring up the following question: "It’s a big universe, so why can’t we see life anywhere but here on Earth?" This question, known as the Fermi Paradox, has been considered by many scholars, including philosophers of science and physicists. There have been many relatively high estimates for the presence of extraterrestrial civilizations. This contradicts what is generally considered established fact that we don't have any real evidence of any contact with extraterrestrial civilizations thus far.
Yes. Why indeed can't we see life anywhere but here on Earth?

Wikipedia already provides a few answers to the Fermi Paradox. This paper represents a novel contribution to the field of physics. One of the explanations shows, based on an economics-based model, that there may be politically based reasons why we have not seen life anywhere but here on this planet that we call Earth.
